Return Policy
The Stubbs Collection guarantees that our products will be of the highest
quality and workmanship possible and free from any defects. If you order a
custom made item, that item is being made just for you. While we will make
every reasonable effort to make sure that the product fits you and you are
happy with it, there can be no returns on custom goods (custom goods include
our custom hats, boots, holsters, saddles, other leather goods and any
specially sized or customized product). For non-custom items, the item should
be returned within 10 days of receipt after requesting a return receipt code
from Stubbs Collection to receive a full refund or store credit. To get a
return receipt code, please send a message to
Info@StubbsCollection.com.
If the product was damaged or defect in some way, Stubbs Collection will refund
the cost of shipping the product back to us. If there was some other problem
(wrong size, just didn’t like the product), then the customer is responsible
for return shipping and insurance. No refunds will be made until we receive the
item back in a salable (unworn and unused) condition with all tags intact. In
all cases, a return receipt code will be required on all returns. The Stubbs
Collection may, on a case-by-case basis, accept returns on items that have been
kept longer than 10 days or lacking a return authorization. In these cases, The
Stubbs Collection reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee of the
